This product-specific notice explains the Tusk Discovery fit form. Cornerstone Intelligence Co. receives the information you choose to submit so it can evaluate and respond to your request.
What we receive
Contact details, company information, the decision and business context you describe, readiness answers, consent choices, and basic source or campaign attribution.
Why we use it
To review fit, clarify the requested boundary, prepare a scoped response, protect the form from abuse, and keep an operational record of the request.
Marketing is separate
Practical updates are optional. Leaving the marketing box unchecked does not prevent Cornerstone from responding to the fit request.
Access and retention
Access is limited to Cornerstone and service providers used to operate the request workflow. An automated retention policy is not active; submitted records are currently handled manually as explained in the company privacy notice.
Your choices
You may decline to submit. For a submitted request, reply through the same communication channel Cornerstone uses to answer you to ask about access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable obligations. Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment-card data, regulated health data, or other secrets through the form.
